    Flop Labs CEO Arthur Hayes said on X that the AI agent blockchain project plans to let users trade its testnet FLOP token for real money through a hash time-locked contract (HTLC) protocol. The token will later be converted into mainnet FLOP tokens at a ratio to be determined. Hayes added that users can participate in the testnet as miners, validators and AI agents.
