- A new wallet, “0xC2f1,” withdrew 2,695 ETH from Gemini and staked the entire amount, worth about $6.94 million, while wallet “0x3F2c” withdrew 2,500 ETH worth about $6.02 million from Binance after about nine months of inactivity.
- The two wallets withdrew a total of 5,195 ETH worth about $12.96 million from exchanges, which Lookonchain said points to accumulation by Ethereum whales.

Ethereum whales withdrew a combined 5,195 ETH from major cryptocurrency exchanges, in a move suggesting accumulation.
On-chain analytics platform Lookonchain said on Sept. 17 that a newly created wallet, “0xC2f1,” withdrew 2,695 ETH from Gemini about five hours earlier. The tokens were worth about $6.94 million at the time, and the wallet staked the entire amount.
Another wallet, “0x3F2c,” withdrew 2,500 ETH from Binance after about nine months of inactivity. The holdings were valued at about $6.02 million.
Together, the two wallets pulled 5,195 ETH from exchanges, worth about $12.96 million.
Lookonchain said the transactions indicate Ethereum whale accumulation.
