<a href="https://xpertsstudio.com/kazakhstan-to-establish-national-cryptocurrency-analytics-center-regulation-crypto-adoption/” title=”Kazakhstan to Establish National Cryptocurrency Analytics Center | Regulation crypto adoption”>Cryptocurrency exchange Binance announced it will delist some trading pairs currently traded on the spot market. The exchange stated that it regularly reviews all spot trading pairs to protect users and maintain a high-quality trading market.
According to a statement by Binance, following recent evaluations, trading on the BREV/$USDC, COOKIE/$USDC, LA/$USDC, and QNT/$USDC trading pairs will be terminated. These trading pairs are scheduled to be removed from the platform on September 18, 2026, at 06:00 AM.
The exchange stated that decisions regarding the removal of spot trading pairs were based on multiple factors, with low liquidity and trading volume being particularly prominent. Binance noted that it periodically reviews market conditions and user experience for trading pairs.
Trading in the delisted pairs will be halted on the specified date, after which no new buy or sell orders can be placed for those pairs. The announcement did not provide any further information on whether the removal of these trading pairs means that the tokens in question have been completely delisted from the Binance platform.
Binance’s periodic review of spot trading pairs is among its practices aimed at maintaining liquidity and trading volume on the platform. The exchange states that it may make similar decisions for other trading pairs in the future in line with changes in market conditions.
It is important for investors to check their open orders and positions in the relevant trading pairs before the changes take place on September 18th. While the removal of trading pairs will not directly affect the price of the tokens, it may limit trading options for the related assets on Binance.
