Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said in an interview in Singapore that Bitcoin has already formed its cycle bottom and is likely to enter an uptrend within the next one to two years. Armstrong also said the U.S. Congress’ Clarity bill is nearing a final agreement and expects the SEC and CFTC to provide clearer guidelines within one to two weeks regardless of whether the bill passes.
Armstrong added Coinbase will soon move to launch tokenized stocks in the United States. He also identified four key mainstream trends that will lead the crypto market through 2027: stablecoin payments, the tokenization of stocks and real-world assets, prediction markets, and smart-agent finance, stressing that those areas will drive market growth.
