Moving a large DeFi position can quickly become complicated when capital is spread across lending markets, collateral positions and different protocols. Enso wants to compress that process into a single transaction.

The onchain execution infrastructure company has launched Flashloan Actions within its Bundle API, allowing fintechs, asset managers and institutional vault operators to borrow temporary liquidity and use it across complex DeFi strategies without building separate integrations for each lending protocol.

The system currently connects eight flashloan providers, including Aave V3, Morpho, Balancer V3, Uniswap V3, Dolomite, Bend, Hyperlend and Kodiak, across 19 blockchain networks.

For institutions managing large onchain positions, the bigger advantage is atomic execution. Enso can combine borrowing, swaps, collateral deposits, vault allocations and repayment into one transaction. The entire sequence either succeeds or reverts.

One Transaction Instead of Multiple DeFi Moves

Flashloans allow traders and asset managers to temporarily borrow assets without posting collateral, provided the funds are repaid within the same blockchain transaction.

They can be particularly useful for strategies such as leverage loops, debt restructuring, collateral migrations and portfolio rebalancing.

Until now, using flashloans across different protocols could require custom smart contracts and provider-specific integrations. That creates additional engineering work for institutions operating across multiple lending markets.

Enso’s Flashloan Actions creates a common execution layer instead. A strategy manager specifies the asset to borrow and the actions that should happen before repayment. Enso then compiles those instructions into a single signer-ready transaction.

Because every step occurs atomically, a failure anywhere in the sequence causes the entire transaction to revert rather than leaving part of the strategy completed.

That becomes particularly important during periods of market volatility, when prices and liquidity can move between separate transactions.

“Managing risk and capital efficiency onchain shouldn’t require building custom smart contract infrastructure for every lender you access,” said Milos Costantini, Co-Founder and CPO of Enso.

“Flashloan Actions gives fintechs and asset managers institutional-grade execution. Allocators can construct atomic leverage loops, rebalance positions during market stress, and execute multi-venue strategy flows in one transaction without maintaining custom callback contracts.”

    Built for Larger Onchain Strategies

Enso has also connected Flashloan Actions to its Quote Simulator, allowing users to check a proposed transaction before signing it.

The simulation layer can verify whether a route remains valid, identify quote deterioration and flag problematic liquidity pools before capital moves.

Flashloan Actions currently supports 19 chains, including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, HyperEVM, Berachain, BNB Chain, Monad and Robinhood Chain, although individual flashloan providers are not available on every network.

The infrastructure is already being used in production with design partners Reservoir and Arkonix, along with a vault manager on Centrifuge.

The launch expands Enso’s broader push to become an execution layer connecting financial applications with DeFi infrastructure. The company says its technology has facilitated more than $22 billion in onchain settlement through more than 250 protocol integrations and 300 enterprise partners.

Enso is backed by Polychain Capital, Multicoin Capital, Spartan Group and Hypersphere. Flashloan Actions is live globally and available through Enso’s Bundle API
