Prediction market platform Kalshi has halted markets tied to athletes’ injury timelines and game availability at the request of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Sportico reported. Kalshi had offered contracts this year on the timing of injuries and returns for high-profile players including Luka Doncic and Anthony Edwards, and recently expanded products forecasting whether NFL players would suit up.
