On 1 September Japan-listed Remixpoint sold all ETH, XRP, SOL and DOGE for ¥878.81 million ($5.5M), booking a net profit of ¥117.77 million ($737k) after selling 901.45 ETH for ¥353.43M (¥60.2M profit), 13,920.07 SOL for ¥227.89M (¥49.3M profit), 1.19M XRP for ¥260.43M (¥11.5M profit) and 2.80M DOGE for ¥37.08M (¥3.3M loss). The firm now holds ~1,506 BTC (third-largest publicly listed holder in Japan), earned 14.92 BTC in lending fees from Feb 24–Aug 31, 2026 (≈¥164.22M), and said the ¥878.81M proceeds will fund its energy business and bolster the balance sheet rather than immediate BTC purchases, signaling a Bitcoin-focused treasury move that affects altcoin exposure and crypto adoption dynamics.

Japan-listed digital asset treasury company Remixpoint has sold all of its ETH, XRP, SOL and DOGE holdings, leaving Bitcoin as its only crypto asset. The company sold the altcoins for ¥878.81 million ($5.5 million) and made a ¥117.77 million profit.
But will Remixpoint use this money to buy more Bitcoin? Here’s what they say.
Remixpoint Sells ETH, XRP, SOL and DOGE
On 1 September, Remixpoint announced that it completed the sale of its altcoin holdings, generating a total net profit of ¥117.77 million ($737,000).
The company sold four major cryptocurrencies, including 901.45 ETH for ¥353.43 million, making ¥60.2 million ($377,000) in profit, while 13,920.07 SOL were sold for ¥227.89 million, generating ¥49.3 million ($308,000).
Remixpoint also sold 1.19 million XRP for ¥260.43 million, earning ¥11.5 million ($72,000).
Meanwhile, the sale of 2.80 million DOGE for ¥37.08 million resulted in a ¥3.3 million ($21,000) loss.
The company said it considered market conditions, risks, and its financial strategy before selling all of its altcoins.
Bitcoin Is The Sole Holding Of Remixpoint
Remixpoint said the move will help it focus its crypto portfolio on Bitcoin, making BTC the main asset in its crypto strategy.
After the sales, the company now holds around 1,506 BTC, making it the third-largest publicly listed Bitcoin holder in Japan, behind Metaplanet and Nexon.
Remixpoint is also earning income from its Bitcoin holdings through lending. The company reported 14.92 BTC in lending fees between February 24 and August 31, 2026, worth about ¥164.22 million based on its reported figures. In August alone, it earned 2.48 BTC, valued at about ¥31.15 million.
Where Will Remixpoint’s $5.5M Funds Go?
Following the altcoin sell-off, Remixpoint said that it does not plan to use the proceeds immediately to buy more Bitcoin. Instead, around ¥878.81 million ($5.5 million) from the sales will mainly go toward its energy business and balance sheet.
Most of the funds will be used to buy and deploy large-scale electricity storage batteries.
The company plans to expand its energy infrastructure business while keeping part of the cash on its balance sheet to strengthen its financial position.
This move also helps Remixpoint maintain its traditional business operations, which are important for meeting Tokyo Stock Exchange rules.
