US spot Bitcoin ETFs reversed two sessions of outflows on Monday, recording $216.7 million in net inflows. BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) dominated the rebound with $205.9 million, roughly 95% of the category total, while Fidelity, Grayscale, Bitwise, and Morgan Stanley products posted smaller gains. VanEck’s HODL was the only fund with net outflows at $13.4 million. Altcoin ETFs extended their streaks: Ether funds added $87.7 million for an 11th consecutive positive session, XRP ETFs reached 10 straight inflow days with $5.64 million, and Solana funds logged their 10th positive day despite inflows cooling to $925,010. Bitcoin traded near $78,700, up about 1.5% over 24 hours. The rebound follows a week in which spot Bitcoin ETFs accumulated $924.48 million in net inflows despite Friday’s $201.8 million outflow.

BlackRock's IBIT Captures 95% of $216.7 Million Bitcoin ETF Inflow Rebound

US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds snapped a two-day losing streak on Monday, pulling in $216.7 million in net inflows as BlackRock’s flagship crypto product once again dominated the rebound. The reversal follows $201.8 million in withdrawals on Friday, which had interrupted a nine-session run that brought more than $3 billion into the category.

The iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) accounted for $205.9 million of Monday’s total, representing roughly 95% of all net inflows across the complex That concentration underscores how a single issuer can swing the entire category’s daily flow figures, a dynamic that has become a defining feature of the spot Bitcoin ETF market since its launch in January 2024

Bitcoin was trading near $78,700 at the time of writing, up about 1.5% over 24 hours

Beyond BlackRock, the rest of the field posted comparatively modest gains. Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) added $6.9 million, Grayscale’s Bitcoin Mini Trust attracted $9.4 million, Bitwise’s Bitcoin ETF (BITB) brought in $4.3 million, and Morgan Stanley’s Bitcoin Trust recorded $3.6 million in net inflows. VanEck’s Bitcoin ETF (HODL) was the lone product to report net withdrawals, with $13.4 million leaving the fund on the day. The remaining funds registered no activity.

    Fund Net Inflows/Outflows (Monday)
    BlackRock IBIT $205.9 million
Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust $9.4 million
    Fidelity FBTC $6.9 million
    Bitwise BITB $4.3 million
Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust $3.6 million
    VanEck HODL -$13.4 million

Note: VanEck HODL was the only spot Bitcoin ETF to record net outflows on Monday. Remaining funds posted zero net flows.

The rebound in Bitcoin funds came as altcoin ETFs extended their own streaks of positive sessions. Spot Ether ETFs recorded $87.7 million in net inflows, marking their 11th consecutive trading day of capital attraction. BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) led that category with $59.9 million, followed by Grayscale’s Ethereum Mini Trust at $13.5 million and Fidelity’s Ethereum Fund at $9.3 million.

XRP ETFs posted their 10th straight session of inflows, adding $5.64 million on Monday. SoSoValue data indicates the category has attracted capital during every US trading session since Aug. 18. Solana ETFs also logged their 10th consecutive positive day, though momentum cooled sharply: inflows slowed to $925,010 from $18.1 million on Friday, the weakest daily figure in the current streak.

Fund Category Net Inflows (Monday) Consecutive Sessions
    Ether ETFs $87.7 million 11
    XRP ETFs $5.64 million 10
    Solana ETFs $0.93 million 10

Note: Altcoin ETF categories extended positive streaks through Monday, though Solana’s daily inflows decelerated markedly from Friday’s $18.1 million.

The weekly picture provides additional context for Monday’s rebound. From Aug. 24 through Aug. 28, US spot Bitcoin ETFs accumulated $924.48 million in net inflows despite Friday’s outflow BlackRock’s IBIT pulled in $938.32 million over that five-day stretch, a figure that exceeded the category’s overall net result because other products, including ARKB and Grayscale’s GBTC, posted offsetting outflows

Ether ETFs recorded $824.42 million in net inflows during the same week, their strongest weekly performance since October 2025 and a new 2026 high. Combined, Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs attracted roughly $1.75 billion over the period.

For market participants, the concentration of Monday’s inflows in a single product carries implications for how sentiment translates into measurable demand. When one issuer accounts for nearly all of a category’s daily flows, headline figures can overstate the breadth of investor participation. The coming sessions will show whether demand broadens across other Bitcoin funds or remains tethered to BlackRock’s market-leading position.

The continued inflows across Bitcoin, Ether, XRP, and Solana products also reflect a broader trend: institutional investors are increasingly treating regulated crypto ETFs as a standard allocation tool rather than a speculative vehicle. Morgan Stanley’s entry into the Bitcoin ETF market, alongside established players like Fidelity and Grayscale, signals that adoption is moving beyond early adopters into mainstream wealth management channels.
