HyperLend founder Ness said the Hyperliquid-based lending protocol will continue operating even if Hyperliquid introduces its own lending feature. Ness said HyperLend offers loans backed by a range of cryptocurrencies and plans to expand eligible collateral to include stocks and commodities. Ness added the protocol also plans to offer fixed-rate on-chain lending in a compliant environment through its institutional service Aviya and broaden collateral assets to include high-yield bonds and securities.
