Jurrien Timmer, director of global macro at asset manager Fidelity, said on X that Bitcoin has tested resistance around $80,000 and that a break above the level would confirm a ‘double bottom’ pattern. Timmer added that BTC has held the lower end of the power law curve and has now gone through a sufficiently deep correction to satisfy the time requirement for a crypto winter under the four-year cycle.
