European-listed Capital B, which has been pursuing a strategic accumulation of Bitcoin, said it plans a €21 million ($24.45 million) capital increase targeting global institutional investors and could use the proceeds and existing operating funds to buy up to 270 more BTC. If the purchases are completed in full, its holdings would rise to as much as 3,415 BTC.
The offering would involve the issuance of 36,219,070 new shares at €0.58 per share. Investors include Blockstream CEO Adam Back and digital asset manager TOBAM.
