Nasdaq-listed Hyperliquid Strategy (PURR), a publicly traded company holding digital assets centered on Hyperliquid (HYPE), raised $647 million through share issuance in the fiscal year ended June 30 and more than doubled its HYPE holdings, The Block reported. Through Aug. 19, the company accumulated 16.5 million HYPE at an average price of $46.77 and spent a total of $773.4 million, lifting its HYPE holdings 134% to 29.3 million from 12.5 million immediately after the merger.
