Core Lightning: Multiple real vulnerabilities found in AI security report
According to CoinDesk, the Core Lightning development team, which is used to send Bitcoin via the Lightning Network, issued an urgent warning that multiple real vulnerabilities were found in a large number of AI-generated security reports, advising operators not to shut down their servers, but to restart the software using the “–offline” mode.
This mode will stop the software from communicating with other Lightning Network nodes but will keep the software running. The development team will first release a signed patch, with details to be made public two weeks later.
