“Sun Yuchen sues Jing Tian” has topped the Weibo entertainment hot search.

ChainCatcher previously reported, according to Sina Entertainment, Sun Yuchen’s attorney Zhang Qihuai stated that Sun Yuchen has filed a civil lawsuit against Jing and her parents as defendants due to related property disputes, with the amount in question exceeding 30 million yuan. The case has been legally filed.

The plaintiff has applied to the court for property preservation. After the case was accepted, the defendant Jing raised a jurisdictional objection, which is currently under court review. The case has not yet entered the substantive trial stage, and there is no final judgment result at this time.

It is reported that Zhang Qihuai is a well-known lawyer in China, having represented high-profile cases such as Wang Baoqiang’s divorce case, the second trial of Li Tianyi’s case, and the Sun Yang doping case. Zhang Qihuai stated in a recent Weibo post that he will participate in this case as the attorney, but there is currently no confirmation from Sun Yuchen’s side regarding this identity.
