US spot Bitcoin (BTC) exchange-traded funds (ETFs) took in $314.37 million in net inflows on Aug. 25, extending a run that has now lasted seven straight trading days
August inflows for the funds have reached $3.03 billion with four trading sessions left in the month. October 2025 set the recent monthly record for inflows, and the funds are $390 million short of matching that total.
The sustained inflow run has also trimmed the funds’ year-to-date net outflow position by more than half, bringing it to $2.26 billion.
Total Net Assets Near $100B as Cumulative Inflows Hit $54.36B
Total net assets across all US spot Bitcoin ETFs stood at $99.05 billion as of Aug. 25. Cumulative net inflows since the funds launched climbed to $54.36 billion, per SoSoValue.
Bitcoin briefly crossed $80,000 during trading on Aug. 25 before retreating. At the time of publication, BTC was trading at $78,880, down 2% over the prior 24 hours.

Market sentiment softened alongside the price dip. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index is at 80, within the Extreme Greed band.
US spot Ethereum (ETH) ETFs also posted a seventh consecutive day of inflows on Aug. 25, adding $179.8 million. Total inflows for those funds over the seven-day period reached approximately $1 billion
