Onchain execution platform ORO has raised a $3 million strategic round to expand its intent-based infrastructure, the team disclosed on X. The new funding brings ORO’s total capital raised to $4 million, including earlier backing from Disrupt.com and ZIGChain.
MH Ventures and Mapleblock Capital backed the round, alongside participation from M2M Capital, Archer Capital, X21 Digital, BlockRise, Zerone Venture, Beenco Labs, Pollin8 and Velion Venture. Initial investors Disrupt.com and ZIGChain returned to re-invest in the latest raise.
ORO is building an execution stack that turns a single user instruction into a complete multi-step onchain action, abstracting away manual transaction sequencing while keeping users in control of keys and signatures. The product is currently live on ZIGChain, Ethereum and Solana, supports more than 80 languages and has seen usage from around 400,000 people, according to the team.
Tokenized equities support went live five days ago, and ORO says vaults are the most used part of the product. The company positions its stack as infrastructure that makes onchain finance feel conversational, reframing how users interact with exchanges and transactions.
Most of the new capital will go toward deepening ORO’s execution stack so it can handle longer and more complex user requests in a single instruction. A significant portion is earmarked for the Shield Engine, which enforces limits on what ORO is permitted to execute on a user’s behalf, with the remainder funding native iOS and Android clients and hiring across engineering and policy.
ORO plans to add more chains, expand its vault lineup and real-world asset support, and improve routing and data integrations over the next year. The team has set a next milestone of reaching 10 million users.
