Xiaomi officially released the Xuanjie O3 chip. The new generation Xuanjie O3 is the world’s first flagship mobile processor (SoC) that supports LPDDR6 memory chips. According to reporters from the Financial Associated Press, domestic storage leader Changxin Storage (CXMT) is a core partner for Xiaomi’s Xuanjie O3 LPDDR6 memory.In March this year, there were reports that Changxin LPDDR6 had sent samples to key customers, and in early August, multiple media outlets reported that it was nearing the end of verification. With the launch of the Xuanjie O3, this marks the first application of domestic LPDDR6 chip products in flagship processors, which also means that domestic low-power memory has officially entered the global top tier.
