Strategy (MSTR) closed up 11.95% at $103.58, Coinbase (COIN) gained 9.05% to $159.47, and Circle (CRCL) and Bitmine (BMNR) finished at $78.50 and $20.05 after rising 9.44% and 9.68%, respectively. The rally followed remarks by U.S. President Donald Trump on the possibility of cryptocurrency purchases and was accompanied by large-scale forced liquidations of short positions.
