Jonathan Gould, head of the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, said final rules to implement the GENIUS Act, a U.S. bill aimed at establishing a legal framework for stablecoins, are scheduled to be released by November. Speaking at the SALT conference in Wyoming on Aug. 19, Gould added, “We are moving at a very rapid pace.”
