Layer-1 blockchain Injective (INJ) has completed registration with the U.S. SEC as a transfer agent, Crypto Briefing reported. The registration allows Injective to manage digital securities and shareholder records directly on-chain while supporting interoperability with the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation settlement network. Injective is the first layer-1 blockchain to complete SEC transfer agent registration.
